1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1 Business Day after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed after business hours, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. We appreciate your patience.


2. Shipping Methods

We partner with reliable courier companies to ensure your order reaches you safely.

Shipping methods are selected based on your location and product availability.


3. Delivery Time

After your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

Remote areas may require additional delivery time.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹90 per order

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (where available).

You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided by the courier.

DealRoot is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost during transit or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 Days of the expected delivery date.

  • Include your Order Number and photos of the damaged package or product (if applicable).

We will investigate the issue with the courier partner and provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, where applicable.


9. International Shipping

At this time, DealRoot ships within India only.

We do not currently offer international shipping. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
